Hello from South Africa. I will build you a web application (it will open in a browser) and you can use on any device that can open in a browser. Browser is best as you do not need to install and update etc. It will be public so the user will need to login. It will synchronise instantly a few seconds max if your internet is feeling tired :) We will have to do some smart stuff to make sure multiple people using at the same time dont block each other or cause conflicts but I can work that out nicely. There will be an admin interface where you can register different users and the system will log which user edited your stock. Yes there will be a dashboard nicely laid out.
