I would suggest we do this practically rather than as classroom training: Install → use the module → identify a real requirement → customise it → test it. For example, if we find a workflow that doesn't fit your organisation, we can turn that into a real exercise using custom fields, DocTypes, Client/Server Scripts or a small custom app. For the Tally migration, I would also prefer to work with a sample export from your actual Tally data first.
