Odoo Tax Report

Job Description:
I have Odoo 16 Community. I installed third party app for accounting because I need profit/loss report and tax report but Tax Report is not showing the data correctly.
I am using cash basis tax. I noticed that the tax value appears in the tax report when I create invoice. The correct way is to see the tax value in the report when I register the payment because I am using cash basis tax. When the invoice is paid, same tax is added again in the report. it means the tax value is recorded twice for one invoice. It is possible there is problem in configuration, set up or there is bug. I am looking for someone to identify the root cause clearly and fix the problem.
