Esports Sponsorship Outreach Campaign

I’m with Rising Suns Esports, a BGIS semi-finalist squad that has already topped the quarter-final leaderboard. Alongside the competitive roster we manage several gaming creators, each sitting at 50 K+ followers. I want help landing two complementary collaborations: • a headline sponsor for our grand-finalist team, and • brands that will use our creators for sponsored posts and short-form reels aimed squarely at broad brand awareness in the Indian gaming scene. Your role is to open doors, pitch our numbers, and negotiate deals that feel win-win for both sides. If you have a track record of connecting esports organisations or influencers with consumer brands, I’d love to see how you work and what kind of timelines you foresee for locking in these partnerships. I’ll supply you with tournament stats, social analytics, and a polished media deck; you bring the outreach plan, the brand contacts, and the closing skills.
