I am seeking a skilled coordinator, good in the English language, to manage a small meeting session scheduled for the 9th of September, 2025, in Rome. The meeting will host 11-20 participants and requires a well-organised approach to ensure a smooth and productive session. One-day project (Less than 08 hours). Managing all event operations, such as preparing the venue, setting up equipment, etc. Doing final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything meets the standards Overseeing the event happenings and solving any problems that may arise Evaluating the event's success and submitting reports. An event coordinator must have excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Requirements: - Coordinate and conduct the meeting session; all guidance, necessary training, and support would be provided on a Zoom call.
