Freelance Artist & Band Managers

Our music institute is expanding its roster of classical talent and I now need experienced freelance managers who can look after both solo performers and full ensembles. The brief is focused on two core areas: • Booking & scheduling – securing suitable concert dates, recital halls, festival slots and academic engagements, then confirming all logistics with venues and our internal administration. • Marketing & promotion – crafting publicity angles tailored to a classical audience, coordinating press releases, social media roll-outs, programme notes and partnership opportunities that raise each artist’s profile. I will supply a calendar of target periods, press assets, and past performance footage; you translate that into confirmed engagements and measurable audience growth. Regular check-ins over Zoom or Google Meet keep us aligned, and I expect concise monthly reports that list dates secured, promotional wins and next-step recommendations. If you already maintain classical-music media contacts or have a proven record placing chamber groups and soloists on reputable stages, that will make onboarding seamless.
