I’m staging an all-night celebration and need a seasoned pro who can take the lead from concept to clean-up. The venue is pencilled in; now I’m looking for someone who can bring the space, the food and the vibe to life and keep everything running smoothly until sunrise. Here’s exactly what I need you to cover: • Venue decoration – cohesive theme, lighting, table settings and décor that will hold up through the entire night. • Catering – a full-evening menu plus late-night bites, including staff, set-up, service and breakdown. • Entertainment – book and manage DJs, live acts or other performers to maintain energy for the duration. I’ll supply guest count, floor plan and budget tiers once we connect. Experience with overnight or marathon events is a plus, and a solid network of reliable vendors is essential. Timeline: initial concept proposals within a week of hire, vendor confirmations two weeks later, then on-site execution the night of the event with one clear point of contact. If you’ve produced similar overnight experiences, share your portfolio and let’s make this party unforgettable.
