The file must be dynamic, easy for non-technical staff to operate, and extensible as requirements evolve during development. Core requirements Multi-staff dropdown per department cell — Each department cell must allow selection of 4–6 staff names simultaneously from a dynamic dropdown linked to the master staff list. 19 department columns — Departments 1 through 19, each with labelled name and shift timing (details to be supplied). Staff names entered under each department column per shift/day. Auto-populated status columns — Columns for "Staff on Annual Leave", "Staff Overtime", "Staff Off Day", and similar categories must auto-populate based on schedule data entered across the department columns. Missing staff detection — A final column titled "Staff missing names in schedule" must automatically flag any staff member (from a master list of staff #1–120) not assigned anywhere in the schedule for that day/period. Flexible scope — Additional automation requests may arise during the build. The freelancer must be willing to accommodate reasonable change requests within the agreed project scope.
