We are a Commercial mechanical company and we use ServiceM8 (SM8) as our invoicing software. When our technicians find equipment that needs to be repaired and the customer requires a quote, the technician will fill out a Quote Alert Form, through SM8, and then SM8 saves the document as a PDF.
We would like to: take this PDF> save as a WORD doc to a computer file> have the information on this WORD doc be able to land into our Quote Alert Estimating Excel spreadsheet.
We need help with MACRO function that will enable the Excel spreadsheet to communicate with the WORD doc.
