Prestashop import product from CSV hebrew

This Project Is Very Simple, Please Read Before You Bid Or Send Message!

On Prestashop There Is A Build-In Feature Were You Can Add Products, Categories, Etc... By Csv File

Prestashop Back office > Tools > Csv Import

This Feature Already Exist As You Can See, The Problem Is By Adding Hebrew Characters To The Csv File.

While Adding Hebrew Characters, the Import Module Just Ignores Them,

I Have Changed The Csv Encode To UTF-8, But It Didn't Helped

Please Understand Prestashop Already Has Csv Import Feature on It, So You Don't Need to Build a New Module; you only need To Make It to Read/See Import Hebrew Characters
