I have a database which is in Microsoft Excel. Some of those fields include Date, Product, Description, Username, and a few more fields.
I would like a button created so when a customer asks for their records/login credentials I can hit a button and it then generates to a Word Template. In that Word Template I would like to have a Table to neatly present the selected record from Excel. (Essentially this is an advanced Mail Merge type of situation.)
From there I can send or save as PDF and send to the customer.
Notes – The Excel data is in a standard table and there is nothing complex about it.
I am not sure what a fair asking price is, but I do know that this job is rather straight forward for someone who knows VBA and Macros.
I would really like to find someone that I can work with as there will be ongoing work for the right person. Also, if you are able to walk me through how the Macro is setup I would really appreciate it.
