‘Clinic Master’ is a template customized in Microsoft Excel to meet the requirement of Invoicing and Receipt making. It handles two clinics simultaneously on two locations and it is capable to accommodate more branches. It has the capability to customize in many ways and this feature gives more freedom to the user.
Macro enabled three Microsoft Excel files customized as per this document.

•An auxilary tool to delete invoices and redo invoice numbers.
Navigation menu will be provided in the ‘Home’ sheet for easy interaction of user.
1. HSN/SAC Code Master
This is the option, which helps to manage (create new, edit or delete) HSN/SAC code. Along with the code, CGST & SGST percentages can be maintained. It helps the user to save time for finding the correct tax percent and key-in the same while making an invoice.
2. Products/Service Master
Option helps to manage products/services master data. With this utility user can create, edit and delete products/services. The user can mention the ‘UOM’ & HSN/SAC codes while maintaining the master and the same will appear at the time of Invoicing. Even the Price of the product will be set here, and it will be brought to Invoicing. The data entered along with product master – UOM, Price, Tax percentages - are brought to Invoice for the ease of user, however it can be edited while Invoicing too. Note: If there are a greater number of line items (Eg: in hundreds), we can incorporate Product/Service code functionality.
