I need an access database created for sales reporting. I don't know a ton about access and excel can only get me so far. We sell 20 products with 4 offices and 31 sales people. The need for more reporting is getting too difficult to manage in excel. I already built a shell but it looks like a 10th grader did it lol.
Need input screen (20-25 fields)
Need Queries and Reports (approx 20)
Need to be able to import records from excel and not override existing data
Extra info: report sold data vs sales targets by product, sales rep, and office
I need to be able to enter estimated sales with multiple lines (eg you sell one customer 3 products), then to update that sales number later once actual payment received.
I also need to be about to track # sold cases and # sold coverages against targets.
The sooner the better. I already have 1800 rows of data for Q1 and am anxious to not have to do this manually every month. If this works out I may have another database for you to build to house my existing customer base. Thank you!
