MS Access to MS Excel to Ms PowerPoint 2013 automation

I'm looking for help building a access database to link to a excel to and have excel linked to PowerPoint. depending on which one will provide the more Professional charts and graphs. I send out multiple PowerPoints and excel files a month and I would like something build to automate this process.
I’ll need to be able to use a number of different PowerPoint Templates and adding a Logos, Headers and Footers that can be automated based on the queries in the database or by using Excel. I would like this to be back to automatically format size and position, so every slide matching the same size as the other ones.
I would like the first page of the PowerPoint to automatically update the grid data from access to all slide and grafts.
Able to pull in Templates currently available online already. All data will be stored in the access database.
The reason I'm trying to do this is so I can have textboxes on Slides that change dynamically along with formats that change based on the value of a particular textbox and to make sure the data is correct and the PowerPoints continue to look professionally structured
