We are an Executive Search Firm based in Sydney. We need someone to help us with our admin requirements. We have regular work 25 - 35 hours per week. There are 2 main tasks we need help with:
1) Updating our recruitment database; Adding new candidates and clients, updating changes to work history, assigning candidates to jobs, adding correspondence to the database - Nothing too hard, but you need to be accurate, thorough and diligent.
2) Market Mapping - Using LinkedIn to map out candidates working at specified companies - Adding this data to Excel spreadsheets and/or Microsoft Visio charts
This role would be ongoing, approx. 25 - 35 hours per week, ideally Monday – Friday and the ability to be online from 1pm – 6pm Sydney time to action requests during Sydney afternoon business hours. Your hours would need to be logged/tracked via a suitable program such as Toptal Tracker (or similar) and invoices sent to us for payment via PayPal each month.

- Training on how to use our Encore recruitment database
- Access to our Encore database and Shared Directory of files
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills would be required along with strong LinkedIn, Word and Excel Skills.
The budget we have is $11 AUD per hour. The number of hours will vary each week but there will be regular work, ongoing.
