Administrative Assistant ( Part-Time )

We are seeking a full time administrative assistant. Candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word and Excel. Candidate must also be able to work independently without constant supervision, be well organized, possess excellent communication skills and be explicitly detail oriented.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

General filing, copying, data entry, receiving/making customer calls, recording customer interactions and transactions, maintaining customer and employee data bases, office supplies (inventory, ordering and picking up), errands and cleaning.

Expanded duties include payroll, other key office and book keeping related tasks.

We are a fast paced company with a great team in place looking for an enthusiastic and high energy person to join the team. Team member is expected to have an exceptional work ethic, exhibit high integrity, provide excellent customer service, be attentive to detail and accuracy and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.
