I am looking for a Freelancer who can help me automate an existing Excel spreadsheet. The specific tasks that need to be automated are the calculations and formulas on the spreadsheet. I need this to be done on a daily basis so that all the data is up-to-date. I have some knowledge of Excel myself but I need someone to help me efficiently automate the spreadsheet so that I can free up more time to focus on other areas of my business. It is an order, and par quantity levels spreadsheet for a large catering operation. I would like the quantities to be prepped and ordered to be automatically calculated based on the amount of expected covers entered in the cell at the top of the page. I would then like the sheet to be able to generate emails to each of the suppliers listed, after amalgamating all of the orders from each sheet.
