We are a small manufacturing and retail business. We sell marine equipment to end users and we need to collect a fair amount of data regarding their applications. We have used ACT crm for many years but we are looking for something much simpler and more adaptable and universal. Hence we are looking for someone to build a CRM interface in Excel. It needs to be able to call up, display, and edit existing contact data one at a time (with drop-down lists for some entries), create new contacts w/date stamp. Add and edit date and time stamped user notes, add pictures and other documents such as PDFs to each contact. The current Excel database has 90 columns and 14,882 rows and is about 10MB file size. Must be familiar with CRM programs. A sample of our current interface is attached with only 12 contacts is attached. Also attached is a sample of what the existing ACT interface looks like. The final interface does not have to look exactly the same but should function the same.
