I have a number of databases all on excel - I have people that appear in different databases but have different information for them - they have different headers etc.
I need to combine them all into a single database merging all info, ensuring there are no duplicates (where there are duplicates I need info to be merged in a single record.)
Main database has about 4200 records and then have about another 5 databases with about 300-400 records on each,
I have no idea how to use V-Lookup or the time to learn.
Can someone help?
