Cleanse excel data to be useable in a data base format

I have c120 excel financial data books for airlines around the globe. Each template is set up the same and I am looking to move them into a more database friendly (rows and columns) format so that it can be easily ingested by PowerBI. It wold be a one off project that would cleanse all the existing data and would allow users to update the data manually in the same cleansed format going forward. I have attached 1 example of the financial data book. All are the same although there may be one or two that are very slightly different. The excel includes several rows and complete tabs that are calculation based. The data in these cells is not needed as the calculations will be cover by DAX formula. Only the input data, like yellow cells is what is required.
