I want to create an excel document that tracks the monthly payments of clients for a real estate project.
We have 80 units so we need 80 client accounts.
I would like to be able to keep track of the clients monthly payments and also get a pivot table of all funds coming in for each month.
Also I would like to keep track of units sold in a list that automatically marks a unit as sold once I enter the information of a buyer in the respective unit account statement.
