comparison report -------------------- this file - have two tabs - mother tab , child tab mother tab - i will put all the data onto mother tab child tab - i will put all the data onto child tab result can be given on 3rd tab - result data no modification should be done on mother and child or i should do ----------------- child file has list of connote number - connote number is a number given to a each particular item this connote number will find the same connote number on mother tab the connote number should find the most recent date and time matching with connote number and scanned date from mother tab and display below column . Reason code,Scan Depot, scan Location, scanned date ,username , destination tab, comment tab comment tab - if the connote find the reason code as not found then this should display as not found if the connote find the reason code "into depo " and scan location as " TXD VIC TRUGANINA "then this should display as into depo scan but no out of depo scan if the connote find the reason code "out of depo " and scan location "NBN HANDOVER T2" then no scan into or out of depo if the connote find the reason code "out of depo " and scan location "NBN HANDOVER T1" then no scan into or out of depo if the destination and the scan location is same for other states , then should comment as required - can discuss further as the file have row counts around - 300k , some sort of formatting or indexing should be done to be quick
