Hi The original file is 147 MB The converted csv file is 230 MB Please note "PW_UNIT_OF_PAY" only has entry of "year" and does not have "Yearly (YR)" There is no column labeled as "WAGE_RATE_OF_PAY_FROM" Please clarify. Regards KC
