Convert macro enabled excel workbook into webpage

I have an excel document with two sheets. It has a few macros. When I double click a row, it copies the row into the second sheet. I want to be able to provide this online as a webpage with full macro functionality, but without anyone being able to see my VBA code.
Is this possible?
Also, if I want to make changes to the VBA code, I need to be able to update the page. And I need to be able to edit the excel file on a regular basis and the webpage update also.
