Create a list (excel) of some local businesses -- 2

This job is to create a list of local (Sydney, Australia) based Cocktail Bars, Small Bars and similar. I would like a single line entry for each with columns for things like name, address, facebook, website, email and a few more fields. (the spreadsheet will be provided to fill in). Formating is not important as i will format everything the same afterwards.
While there is not a single source for the places to include, what i will do is provide a bunch of lists (there will be some over lap) from other websitses listing the names and some description.
All of the info will be based on copu and pasting apart from one field where i would like a line or comment to help describe the bar, for example: "Gin specialty" or "Retro style" this is just to give me a bit more to identify the bar by and unpdate once i know more.
I estimate there to be about 100 that would make the list. And i expect for some, some fields you may not be able to find the infomation easily and that is ok as i can manage that myself later on, but for most the info should be freely available. Each entry should not take more than a few minutes at most.
I am not in a big rush to complete the project but i highly value communication before, during and after the job. I also value being able to leave the worker alone while they complete the task unless there are questions. There is more work like this potentially for a succesful candidate if we work well together.
