I need the ability to create some reports and graphs from excel spreadsheet data. The spreadsheet needs to be a linked spreadsheet as the information is exported out of another program into Excel. With that, the information will change, but the location and name of the file will not change. I think a lot of this can be done within Excel, but I'm not opposed to an Access front end pulling the data from the spreadsheet. I need the following reports/graphs: 1. The ability to create a report that shows birthdays for a date range with the ability to set the range as "today". The report would separate member and spouse and show the member number, Surname, First Name, Title, telephone, cell, alternate number, and the birthdate. Report would need to be able to discard entries that either have N/A or "deceased". This report needs to be able to discard results based on membership type. 2. The ability to create a report and graph that shows how many children will reach age 21 by year for a number of years set. 3. Create a report that shows duplicate mailing addresses 4. Create a report that shows the number of members in a range of zip codes with the ability to exclude by member type. Zip codes might can be linked to a separate sheet so it can be updated? Could use a comma separated entry in the report request as well. 5. Create a report and graph that shows members who will reach age 65 and have 30 years of membership by year for a number of years set. 6. Create a report and graph that shows members who will reach age 70 and have 40 years of membership by year for a number of years set. 7. Create a report that shows members who are 65 and have 30 years of membership that are still full members 8. Create a report that shows members who are 70 and have 40 years of membership that are still full members. 9. Create a report that shows members who are 70 and have 40 years of membership that are still senior members. Membership statuses are: DPD, GUEST, PFM, PSA, PSE, R, S, X, Z, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
