Having worked in Government for over 20 years and managing Departmental Assets such as vehicles, homes, pc's and the like, I am confident in preparing a detailed Vehicle Log Spreadsheet for you.
A snapshot for example of your spreadsheet is as follows:
Column One = Driver's Name
Column Two = Date of travel
Column Three = Departure time
Column Four = Destination From
Column Five = Odometer Reading
Column Six = Destination Arrival
Column Seven = Odometer Reading
Column Eight = Total distance travelled
Column Nine = Drivers Name
Column Ten = Drivers signature/initial
etc
Autosum will calculate the total distance travelled.
Also take into consideration the following:
Fuel Card and/or payments thereof (which will be included in worksheet two of the workbook)
Vehicle maintenance (Service, Rego & Regular Cleans).
Ultimately, the detailed the information, the less questions you will be asked.
