**You must use StatTools for this project (If you do not have this add-in program I can provide a link to download a free version, but keep in mind that the process takes awhile so you need to allow enough time) Deadline tomorrow 5/8/18 at 12:00pm (CST) The project is based on a sample of data collected by the U.S. Census Service. The data describe information on 506 census housing tracts in a specific city. Your goal is to explore these data, and to decide on a model that predicts the median house value (MEDV) in new tracts based on information such as crime rate, pollution, and number of rooms (there are 14 total variables). Deliverables: (1) Report (2) Excel Workbook Please see the attachment for additional details. I will include Excel spreadsheets with the housing data and test data upon contract acceptance.
