Sales support by corresponding and speaking with customers/suppliers.
Processing and maintaining documentation and records control for orders and deliveries.
Communicating issues or delays to the customers and providing solutions whenever possible in order to maintain the highest customer satisfaction;
Verifying customer order requirements are being met in a satisfactory manner;
Validating all documentation submitted by the customers.
Performing other duties as assigned.
