I am running an employee survey with around 50 questions to around 300 employees. Each question is tagged with three different markers that measure 3 different dimensions within the organization. see link below for a sample of the questions
The survey engine will spit out the data without the tags. see attached file for a sample of the output of the survey engine.
I would like to someone who is an expert in excel and pivot tables to help me with
1- adding the three tags (drivers, values, effectiveness) to the questions in the output of the survey engine.
2- I need to change the scale from strongly agree -- strongly disagree to 1 - 5 (5 being strongly agree)
3- I need to create a pivot table that can help me drill down and see the average score of each dimension
Filter by gender, length in organization, job grade, value, driver, effectiveness, Saudi or non-Saudi.
Final product I should have a pivot table that can help me find out the following
- what is the average score (out of 5) for the value of respect with females who have been in the organization for less than three months - this for example will take all the questions tagged with the word respect and filter them and shows only female employees who have been in the company less than 3 months
freelancers need to use the sample data I shared to show me what kind of work they can produce. Once we ensure the outcome - a freelancer will be hired to help me create the pivot table for the real data.
