Find attached excel work book. we are a construction company and this book helps us capture cost associated with work in the field.
The book as the following :
A daily work sheet – this information is inputted by a lay person from the daily report from the job
This work sheet takes the info from the equipment and labor rates tables and brings them in to the sheet (the labor and equipment amounts change so we need the ability put job specific rates)
How I use this is keep making a copy of the sheet using the copy fx.
I would like this sheet or build a access sheet that make this simpler for lay person.
What I need to put labor in area, equipment, materials, sub/other .
The variables are
Labor, mat, eq, sub, mark ups and of course the rates on the rate sheet.
I would also like to have summary totals of cost in a summary sheet as go as far as the totals for each of categories without mark up and with.
I would like to get this done ASAP.
