Excel Development to Import Stock Market Data

Hi
I am looking for an excel development using VBA/Macro to import Stock and ETF market data in India, USA and Australia:
1. Ability to import latest stock prices of any security
2. Ability to customise the list of stock prices you want
3. Ability to import price of any past date in a new column
3. Ability to compare the percentage price change between 2 dates
4. Ability to show graphical performance of the stock in the past 5 years
5. Ability to import dividend information of any stock and display for past 5 years
6. Ability to input multiple stock symbols as required to retrieve and display data
The visual display should be colour coded, clear and user friendly.
