I want a spreadsheet developed to show the number of FTEs in each role on each day, over the lifecycle of a project.
So the top few rows of the SS will be a calendar. It will show days between 19 May 08 to 31 November 08. I quite like the presentation in the SS I've uploaded that shows Month and first day in the week, then a narrow column for each day. Start of week needs to be expressed as Day/Month not Month/Day. The day columns need to be wide enough to accept data (values 1-99).
Role names in the first column of the SS will be:
Core Project Team
Training material developer
UAT business representatives
I need the flexibility to add additional Role names
I will then populate the cells with the appropriate number of FTEs in each role on any particular day.
These will need to be totalled in a row at the bottom, and these totals will be used to generate an automated chart showing weekly FTE load across the project. The chart will automatically regenerate when any FTE number is updated.
I wish to print this out on a landscape A3 page.
