Excel Project - Multi-"Sleeve" Investment Rebalancer

Looking to create an excel template / worksheet with output, that will allow an investment portfolio to be exported (csv format) and have specific information copied to the needed end user excel program where the portfolio is systematically sorted, disseminated and operational confirms are created. (whether to purchase/sell and how much etc...) to achieve TARGET allocation weightings. Would want to utilize the Ticker Symbol, Cost Basis, Current Value, Shares, Share Price, Current Weight % and Target Weight % Currently have multiple sleeves of individual securities and ETF/MFs that would make up a certain %'s of the portfolio. Once export and copy of initial data completed, need a way to reference from multiple allocation models (that know what sleeves are being used for the particular portfolio exported, so there is no confusion on the output), where there are sleeves of individual securities, as well as ETFs&MFs. Need to account for overlap in different sleeves (MSFT being in 2 sleeves possibly) Need to account for securities that aren't currently in the portfolio but need to be added Having "scenarios" - need to have a way to sell an entire sleeve of securities (if 15 securities and need to sell them all, to theoretically purchase a NEW sleeve of securities, say 12) Ultimately needing to see what the portfolio requires to be purchased/sold to get back to "targets"... The cleaner the portfolio is and how easy to understand recommendations everything is the better... As well as its overall intuitiveness (not requiring 75 different actions and buttons and sequences) for end user efficiency accounting for excel novices the better.
