There are two different types of meeting, Yellow and Red
Atendees may attend up to two Red meetings and up to Three Yellow meetings
Not all attendees will have a full set of meetings
The meetings will be pre-populated with diffrent time slots for every location, and each time slot and location pair will have a unique Meeting_ID
The person who is scheduling the meetings will assign a Meeting_ID in each Meeting column in the Attendees sheet.
1) Create a custom function to pupulate the ATTENDEE_IDs column in the Yellow_Meetings and Red_Meetings sheets. This is the Attendee_ID of every attendee in that meeting, separated by commas
This formula must be able to be auto-filled down the column as new Attendees and Meetings are added. I.e. It muct not require manual modification when copying the formula/function to a new row
2) Create a report of all meetings (Yellow and Red) being attended by any given Attendee. This report will be the Attendees personal agenda and should include the time, date, location, subject, and description of every meeting for that attendee
The report should be filterable by Attende Name or ID number
The report should be printer-friendly and well formatted so that a presentable agenda can be printed out for any given attendee on request
