I need help with an Excel VBA project that involves retrieving Historical data from Interactive Brokers via DDE. I currently have an existing code that needs to be modified, and I need it to be done within a week. The data I need to retrieve is Historical data only. Experience with both Excel VBA and DDE is a must. If you think you can help, please let me know. Thanks!

The attached sheet is working and pulls historical OHLC stock trading historical data into Excel via VBA/DDE from Interactive Brokers' TWS desktop trading platform. The excel file is a cut down version of Interactive brokers example DDE excel sheet.
The sheet currently uses a manual button click, which cycles through a list of stock codes on the Historical Data tab, and downloads the data one stock at a time per button press.
I want to adjust the VBA so that is loops though the list of stocks automatically.
I would also like to sort the retrieved stock data so the newest data is at the top. This should also be pretty easy.
Note. to get data from Interactive Brokers an account is needed (a paper trading account is fine) and then download their TWS desktop trading platform. This needs to be running with when the Excel is open.
You will also need to download and install an API bridge from Interactive brokers API ([login to view URL]).
Once API is installed, you need to run a batch file from the API folder which connects between TWS and Excel using a Java bridge in the background. Assuming you did a standard install of the API, the batch file to open the API should be located at "C:\TWS API\samples\DdeSocketBridge\[login to view URL]". Just run this to connect excel to TWS.
FYI - Java also needs to be installed. This all works well assume these things are done.
I just need help automating the button and sorting the data.
