Hi, I need to have an Excel VBA that allows me by one-click to grab data from Excel cells and add those data into a Word template. Please find two files attached (file "Example ZH [login to view URL]" and "Example [login to view URL]") and see the instruction: - "[Enter Name of Client]" must be replaced with data from a cell in column "H" - "[Enter Contact]" must be replaced with data from cell in column "I" - "[Enter position]" must be replaced with data from cell "F" - "[Enter Candidate ID]" must be replaced with data from cell "Z" - "[Copy Salary]" must be replaced with data from cell "B" - "[Copy notice period]" must be replaced with data from cell "C" Important: See the font size and font colors of the template text in word. The size and colors must exactly be the same after the text is replaced. It would be great if you create a button in Excel and name it as "Create DECKBLATT". After I click on that button Excel must ask me the number of the line from which line the data must be picked and replaced in word. If you fully understand this project please write "Interface" in your first message. All other bids will be rejected. Thank you very much for your help and understanding. Beste regards, Phillip

Hi, first the word you asked "Interface". I can create an Excel file in which you can do these thing with one click (also you can set the start row as well as relate the columns to the each of word field you mentioned - for example saying that column A is for [Enter Name of Client]). However, in your word document you are using two text box for all field, for having proper text size and colour, we need to have just 1 text box for each field (so first we need to update this word document (. Is it possible to have one text box for each field in word?, please send me message to discuss more.
