Currently, my team and I keep our work flow of items on an excel chart, and it works. However, we place the date of which each person got an assignment, and I want to have a chart (that automatically updates) with the count of how many assignments are on one persons desk at a time. Since we are using dates, it is making it a little more difficult to get a count. I also don't want any previous (filtered out/completed jobs) being counted.
For the attached -
Ie: "Kim" has 7 total on her desk. However, my count is taking in consideration all the filtered out completed jobs. I am hoping there is someone who can help and make this a working and flowing chart.
