Expert level graphic/ metrics dashboard creating for presentation (Project Focused)

You need to be an expert level Excel graphics producer and you also need to understand Project language (for example: Baselines, Streams, Tasks) - I need a project dashboard created for an upcoming presentation to demonstrate performance against baseline during the month of February. I will export the two project plans into Excel to provide to the freelancer to produce the dashboard.

I need to be able to use this chart in Excel moving forward so I can drop similar formatted data into the background and the spreadsheet will calculate refreshed dashboards every week.
