In need of assistance/consulting from a Dynamics 365 CRM specialist to help implement/organize our company structure into a new, custom CRM (using MS Dynamics 365). We are a small company and use Microsoft apps extensively (Teams, Outlook, and Excel primarily) and would like the most integrative solution possible (CRM should sync with Teams calendar, Excel sales data, etc.).
Our CEO's current focus is raising capital for various companies and projects. The CRM will need to track and organize contacts, prospects, current deal status, notes, next steps, and meeting dates. The CRM will require reminder messages and/or a ticker-tape info ribbon, notifying our CEO of meeting times and tasks that need completing.
Essentially, we need help taking the initial steps, setting up the template, educating ourselves on how to modify the CRM when necessary, and understanding the most productive ways to use Dynamics. We are new to this software and require a knowledgable individual to help get us started.
