Import From MS Project into Excel

Some time a go I wrote a macro that populates MS Project data into an Excel workbook (a weekly Project Highlight Report), I haven't created anything similar for a while now and have forgotten how to do it. With this in mind I'm looking for the following: 1) An "Import Milestone Data" button is to be created in an excel workbook. 2) Selecting the button opens a pop-up that's asks you to navigate to a MS Project plan (my documents should be the default location). 3) The script should then delete all previous values held in the table. 4) The VBA macro then imports the following MS Project data and places it in row 6 (row A1 = "Milestone Report", row 2 = Blank, row 3 = The button should go here, row 4 = Blank, row 5 = Headings): Column A - Unique ID (standard MSP column) Column B - Name (standard MSP column) Column C - Owner (customised field, this is actually "Text 5") Column D - RAG Status (customised field, this is actually "Text 6") Column E - Baseline Finish (standard MSP column) Column F - Previous Finish (customised field, this is actually "Finish 1") Column G - Finish (standard MSP column) Column H - % complete (standard MSP column) Column I - Notes (standard MSP column) The data imported needs to have the following filter applied to it: Flag 5 = "Yes" No summary information should be imported. Column D contains "R", "A", "G" values. The "R" values need to have a red fill/background colour, "A" needs to be amber/orange and "G" needs to be green. I've attached a template which also contains some code that I can't getting working properly. I think that's it, relatively simple and should only take a short time to sort out... what can you do?
