Improve my google sheets file

We are a mining company who use and share for the administrative employees the info of a google sheets file. In this file we have several pages like inconmig coal trips (every trip is a truck of more or less 22 tons), selling minerals, filling ovens, etc... I want to have a better looking file maybe with buttons, macros. We use a main page name ALL stock that is the summary of all the pages but i think it can be better. I want it very easy, organize, extremely good looking, something different of what we already have
