LONG TERM - English speaking virtual assistant/accountability coach

I'm looking for someone proficient in written and spoken english who can help me stay on track. You MUST be proficient at the following: * English: written and spoken, as we will need to have talks * Spreadsheets, google docs, or other word processing applications for organizing plans, dates, etc. I am open to other suggestions (such as teamwork PM) * Ability to research effectively Your roles and responsibilities will include: * Keep my visions, milestones, and personal schedule organized and up to date as i give you bits and pieces of information throughout the day * Remind me of major milestones and make sure I'm on track * Help me research and formulate a plan for personal objectives such as: learning a new skill, studying for a certification, looking for new career paths * Help me track project/habits (for example, help me record how often i meditate, etc) I will provide as much information as I can to help you understand my goals, however I will need someone who is proactive to help me organize my days to maximize the time spent improving myself. Bonus schedule (subject to change): * Every time I hit any major milestones, I will give you cash bonus (between $50-200, depending on how big the milestone is), we can agree in advance what the bonus will be * If I feel you have gone above and beyond, i will also provide a bonus of various amounts I understand that it is difficult to track time when many tasks will take only a few minutes here and there, so I will start you as hourly for 1-2 weeks and then move you to weekly salary based on performance and average time spent.
