Looking to build weekly trackers for my construction company. Specifically: a Weekly Construction Tracker (showing upcoming work pending a purchase order & work that has started (with a PO), work that has completed. A Bi-Weekly Crew (Personnel) "Rollout Report" (showing new hire candidates identified by market with proposed start dates. Tracks New Hires, Replacement Headcount (Attrition) and associated onboarding costs for equipment to be issued. Project Budgets/ Job Estimation Sheets- (I already have one- but I want to fine tune it to show a job budget for every job/ all scope/ and show the budget visually by project. Invoicing Tracker- will directly correlate with the Construction Tracker- which will act as an "Aging Report" for Invoicing on completed projects. Customer Pipeline Report (Business Development)- will track current customers and awarded work, new customer opportunities (with corresponding scope and project valuation).
