Hello Sir! I'm glad to say that the stated skills required and the 4 criteria set matched with mines. I have more than 15 years working experience in a property management company. I have Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, power point) to facilitate the works. Now, I'm looking to use my experience and skills, to explore on-line carrier and aim to give the best service.
Briefly, in my opinion, for a staff with any post to stay long and loyal to a company, first, he/she would look for a reliable company, with good benefits. Then on his/her side, main factors that he/she need to ensure are first, work knowledge or skill (competency) and second and most important, positive attitudes towards works, management and the company.
