I'm the manager of desktop support for a hospital and my boss asked me to submit weekly performance reports. I want to impress them with something unique and pops out, easy to read and informative. it has to be something that's not seen often! I need a one page excel template and power point template to visual show the following:
ex. Informative subject line, that is repeated weekly.
Some simple bullets of analytical numbers illustrating the teams closed tickets for past seven days.
Couple bullets listing obstacles and hurdles impacting the team.
Colorful graph or chart that can be dumped into an executive overview.
Attachment of additional data details.
Example of what a college sends i want it to be better!

Another colossal effort by the TEAM NAME this week we resolved all remaining legacy tickets! (that feels great)

The Decision One technicians have continued to be a professional augmentation of the Dispatch Support
This weeks projects:
1. We imaged and rolled out 41 laptops to corp users and have encountered some issues with the vpn. we submitted a ticket with networking and they are looking further into the connectivity issue
2. We moved 14 computers from Rosa 101 to be stored for 2 months in our room until they complete the new flooring install
Services Team. All Decision One dispatch tickets were resolved within expected time frames.
Obstacles and Hurdles
We have passed the two-month mark since TEAM NAME Go-Live. Dispatch Team has had no influx of PC assets for whole-unit-exchange/replacement. This has slowly become a much larger concern. Being field services, we need fortification of our supply reserves. Also ordering supplies has continued to be an issue, in addition to the supplies mentioned last week.
