Phone Email & Chat Based Customer Support - open to bidding

We need people from or around this place called Mira Road, Mumbai or Thane or Navi Mumbai to work from home. Here is the Job Description: 1. Attend Customers & Visitors over phone email and chat. 2. Do some research about our competitors. 3. Do admin tasks while not on any customer calls. Expectations: 1. Excellent Verbal & Written Skills. 2. Should be able to add humor to speech if needed to calm an angry customer down..yet be professional. 3. Be punctual and comfortable to work Nights. Timings: US Shifts : 9 Hours - Breaks included in it. Shift timings will be decided according to your interaction over the phone with us. 6 days working - 1 Day Off. (Note: Not a compulsion as sometimes it's 2 days off as well, we are looking for a candidate who is flexible and a workaholic :-)). Week OFF can be any day.. Pay - 20k Per month Fixed + and occasional bonus for good customer satisfaction scores We are a bunch of nice, fun loving people to work with.. You will see that.. Demands: Good Laptop Good Cable Internet Connection Ability to work from anywhere. Take fewer leaves at least after 6 months.
