Recode 2 Excel Macros using EPPlus/C#

I'm a developer who needs assistance with a small task. Clicking the "Add Photos" button on the Photos tab in the attached Excel spreadsheet runs the "[login to view URL]" macro that adds a photo to the Photos sheet. I added a PhotoAppend2 macro that allows me to call the macro programmatically via a VB.NET application using [login to view URL] (VBA). The problem is that this process is slow, error prone, and requires the user have Excel installed. I need the code performed in the macro re-coded in C# using preferably EPPlus (or possibly another toolkit like [login to view URL] but you will need my approval first). Note that I will only be appending photos so you do not need to add code to handle inserts, deletes, etc. I need similar code to replace the [login to view URL] macro which duplicates the functionality of the macro invoked by clicking on the Add/Replace Logo button. The deliverable will be a sample C# console app (ASP.NET Core) that contains 20 photos and appends those photos to the spreadsheet as well as adding a logo (one of the photos can be used as the logo). The resulting spreadsheet should be no different than if the photos and logo were added manually - for example, I could take your spreadsheet and add another photo manually and/or replace the logo. The solution must work without Excel installed on the desktop. The developer password to access the macros is "PASSWORD".
