Provide customer service support primarily by phone and email. Serve as primary contact for all inbound customer inquiries
Provide solutions for issues concerning orders, returns, and refunds in a prompt, professional, and timely manner
Entering and confirming all orders in company’s MIS database
Coordinating and tracking weekly inventory shipments
Monitoring customer feedback and product reviews daily and providing responses when needed
Provide a wide range of administrative and support services to Sales and Marketing department as needed
