Hotel: 3- or 4-star with good reviews, central location (preferably near the stadium or public transport), cancellation policy. Dates: arrive the day before match day and depart the day after (total 3 days). Home-game verification: confirm it’s a home fixture; mention stadium and city. Currency: provide prices in USD and SAR. Deliverables: a consolidated Excel/Google Sheet + PDFs/screenshots/links of proposed bookings. Optional: quote match ticket as an add-on if available (priced separately).
